- Javier Amaya Silva receives the Harry Boer Best Student Paper Award
Javier was awarded the 2022 Harry Boer Award for the best paper presented at the European Operations Management Association (EurOMA) conference authored by a PhD student. The winning paper is entitled "Using deep learning to improve inventory management."
- Javier Amaya Silva wins the Oxford Saïd Best Paper Award
Javier received the 2022 Saïd Foundation Best Conference Paper Award. The evaluation panel presents the awards after assessing the paper's contributions, coverage of literature, execution and methods, and presentation of findings. The winning paper is entitled "Using deep learning to improve inventory management."
